浅谈中职卫校学生针对性的职业生涯规划指导

摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展,国内已进入了全新的发展阶段,刺激着各行各业的高速发展,在此背景下导致企业对各种技能型人才的需求量越来越大。在职业结构不断改变的当下,不仅给中职卫校学生的就业提供了新的方向,也为其职业生涯规划带来了相当程度的困难。国内普遍的中职卫校学生对于自我的定位未能有一个全面的认知。本文主要介绍了中职卫校学生进行职业生涯规划的意义以及中职卫校指导学生职业生涯规划过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的措施和建议如下。With the continuous development of social economy,China has entered a new stage of development,which stimulates the rapid development of all walks of life.In this context,the demand for various skilled talents is increasing.With the continuous change of career structure,it not only provides a new direction for the employment of secondary vocational health school students,but also brings a considerable degree of difficulties for their career planning.The common secondary vocational school students in China have not a comprehensive understanding of their self-identity.This paper mainly introduces the significance of vocational health school students’ career planning,as well as the problems existing in the process of vocational health school guiding students’ career planning,and puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions for these problems as follows.
