摘 要:目的调查护士对医院福利的感知和满意度,探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的特殊时期,构建医院家庭友好福利体系的策略。方法采用一般资料及家庭友好福利调查表对广东省3家医院437名临床护士进行调查。结果医院为护士谋求过年过节福利得分最高(3.7±1.01分)。增加护士陪伴家人的机会得分最低(2.87±1.09分)。对比不同人口学变量的护士对医院福利满意度的差异,学历、年龄、是否育有未成年子女的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士对福利的感知直接影响她们对福利的满意度。而满意度最低的3个条目则与个性化福利有关。结论在医院常规福利体系中引入家庭友好福利内容,让员工自主参与福利的设计和选择,从而提升护士职业归属感,提高工作绩效。Objective To investigate nurses'perception and satisfaction with hospital welfare,and explore the establishment of a hospital family-friendly welfare system.Methods A survey of 437 clinical nurses in three hospitals in Guangdong Province was conducted using the general information questionnaire and the family-friendly welfare scale.Results The hospital scored the highest score for nurses seeking welfare during the Chinese New Year,3.7±1.01.The score for increasing the chance of nurses to accompany their family was the lowest,only 2.87±1.09.Comparing the differences in satisfaction with hospital welfare among nurses with different demographic variables,there were statistical differences in educational background,age,and whether they had underage children(P<0.05).Nurses'perception of welfare directly affects their satisfaction with welfare.The three items with the lowest satisfaction are related to personalized benefits.Conclusion The introduction of familyfriendly welfare content into the hospital's regular welfare system allows employees to independently participate in the design and selection of welfare,thereby enhancing nurses'sense of professional belonging and improving work performance.
