摘 要:对应用型地方高校生物技术专业学生实行“3+1”顶岗实习的实施方案、质量保障体系及意义进行了阐述,并对该实践教学体系进行探索与研究。实践表明,绝大部分的学生认可“3+1”顶岗实习模式。“3+1”顶岗实习提升了学生的专业技能和综合素质,真实对接了人才的“培养和需求”,有利于学生走向社会提升就业能力,有利于实现学校转型发展和地方经济发展的双赢。The implementation plan,quality assurance system,significance of“3+1”post practice for biotechnology majoring students in the application-oriented local university were expounded,and the practical teaching system was explored and studied.Practice showed that“3+1”post practice model was recognized by most students,students’professional skills and comprehensive quality had been improved,and“the training and the demand”of talented person had actually docked.It was conducive to students for enhancing their employ ability in society and achieve a win-win situation between school transformation and local economic development.
