摘　　要：为找出双向转诊下转难的原因并提出相应对策,本研究采用整群抽样的方法抽取鸡西市人民医院、鸡东县人民医院、鸡东镇卫生院共432名医务人员,对双向转诊下转难的认知进行问卷调查.调查结果显示,鸡西市人民医院的医务人员对双向转诊的知晓情况最高,为85.6%;鸡东县人民医院医务人员双向转诊下转支持率最高;导致双向转诊下转难的首要原因是社区卫生服务机构医疗技术水平差及基层卫生人才缺乏.今后应加大对双向转诊的宣传力度,明确规范下转标准,加大对社区医院的投入力度,建立吸引人才的长效机制.To find out the reasons for down-referral Being Difficult in the Two-way Referral and put ard coforvraresponding countermeasures,a total of 432 medical staff from Jixi People's Hospital,Jidong People's Hospital,and Jidong Health Center were selected for questionnaire survey of cognition on down-referral Being Difficult Phenomenon in the Two-way Referral using cluster sampling.The results show that the medical staff of Jixi People*s Hospital had the greatest awareness of two-way referral,which was 85.6%,The two-way referral support rate of medical staff in Jidong County People's hospital was the hignest.The primaiy reason for the difficulty of two-way referral is the poor medical technology in community health service institutions and the lack of grassroots health personnel.In the future,it is necessary to increase the publicity of two-way referral,clarify the standard of down-transfer,increase the investment in community hospitalSj and establish a long-term mechanism to attract talents.
