摘  要:门、急诊是医院的重要组成部分,也是医院的窗口,对于医院业务能力和精神文明水平有直接反映的作用,也是医院形象的代表.门急诊患者较多,并且和医护人员的接触较多,并且患者在年龄、学历等诸多方面存在差异,所以强化医患沟通具有重要的意义.基于此,本文对医院门急诊管理中的医患沟通展开分析.Outpatient and emergency.department is an important part of the hospital and it is also the window of the hospital.It directly reflects the professional ability and spiritual civilization level of the hospital,and it is also the representative of the image of the hospital.There are more outpatient and emergency patients,and more contact with medical staff,and there are differences in age,education and many other aspects of patients,so it is of great significance to strengthen the doctor-patient communication.Based on this,this paper analyzes the doctor-patient communication in hospital outpatient and emergency management.
