摘 要:介绍了高烈度区某11层框架-剪力墙结构基础隔震设计的全过程。对隔震支座选型、上部结构水平向减震系数取值、扭转位移比控制、隔震层温度变形验算等进行了详细介绍,着重讨论了高烈度区高层结构水平向减震系数偏大、隔震层扭转位移比过大等难点问题的处理方法。通过对隔震结构模型与非隔震结构模型侧移模式进行对比分析,探讨了现行隔震结构降度设计方法存在地震作用分布不合理,导致(极)大震作用下结构底部存在薄弱层隐患的问题。通过PERFORM 3D软件对隔震结构进行了大震性能评估,证明结构基本满足大震可修的性能目标。The whole process that base isolation analysis of an eleven-layer frame-shear wall structure in a high intensity area was introduced. The selection of isolation bearing, the value of the horizontal seismic reduction factor of the superstructure, the control of torsion displacement ratio, and the calculation of the temperature deformation of the isolation layer were introduced in detail. The treatment such as the large horizontal seismic reduction factor and torsion displacement ratio of the isolation layer of high-rise structures in high intensity areas was emphasized. Through the comparative analysis of the lateral displacement model between the isolated structure model and the non-isolated structure model, it is discussed that the current seismic isolation structure reduction design method is unreasonable in the distribution of earthquake action, which leads to the hidden danger of weak layer at the bottom of the structure under the action of(very) rare earthquakes. The elasto-plastic time history analysis verifies the structure will be "life-safety" under rare earthquake. PERFORM 3 D software was used to evaluate the seismic performance of the isolated structure, which proves that the structure basically meets the performance target of repairable for large earthquakes.
