中长导管在急性胰腺炎患者静脉输液治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中长导管在急性胰腺炎患者静脉输液治疗中的应用效果。方法将90例急性胰腺炎患者根据随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组,每组30例。在静脉输液治疗期间,A组应用静脉留置针,B组应用外周静脉穿刺中心静脉导管(PICC),C组应用中长导管。比较三组患者的有效留置时间、不良事件发生情况、C反应蛋白水平、生活质量评分及满意度。结果B组、C组的有效留置时间均长于A组(P<0.05)。B组、C组的静脉炎发生率均低于A组(P<0.05);A组、C组的静脉血栓发生率均低于B组(P<0.05)。C组的C反应蛋白水平低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。C组的各项生活质量评分及满意度均高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论中长导管应用于急性胰腺炎患者静脉输液治疗中,可有效延长导管留置时间,降低静脉炎、静脉血栓发生率,提高患者的生活质量及满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of medium-length catheter in acute pancreatitis patients of intravenous infusion therapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into groupA,B and C by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.During the treatment of intravenous infusion,the group A was given vein detained needle,the group B was given peripherlly inserter central catheter(PICC),and the group C was given medium-length catheter.The effective indwelling time,adverse events,C-reactive protein level,quality of life score and satisfaction were compared among the three groups.Results The effective indwelling time of the group B and the group C was longer than that of the group A(P<0.05).The incidence of phlebitis in the group B and the group C was lower than that in the group A(P<0.05);the incidence of venous thrombosis in the group A and the group C was lower than that in the group B(P<0.05).The level of C-reactive protein in the group C was lower than that in the group A and the group B(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and satisfaction in the group C were higher than those in the group A and the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Medium-length catheter applied to patients with acute pancreatitis in intravenous infusion therapy can effectively prolong the indwelling time of catheter,reduce the incidences of phlebitis and venous thrombosis,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
