摘　　要：双相情感障碍(BD)是心境障碍的一种,以抑郁和躁狂交替发病为主要表现,会增加心血管疾病、偏头痛等疾病的发生风险,也会增加自杀倾向。目前,BD的治疗以药物治疗为主,主要包括锂盐、抗癫痫药物、第二代抗精神病药物等。药物治疗可以在一定程度上预防抑郁和躁狂的发生,但停药后复发率较高。电休克治疗、心理治疗等非药物治疗也是BD患者的有效治疗方式,尤其心理治疗对改善患者心理状态尤为重要。目前,BD的新型治疗方法仍在研发中,未来需进一步研究。Bipolar disorder(BD)is a kind of mood disorder,the main manifestation of which is the alternation of depression and mania,and it will increase the risk of cardiovascular disease,migraine and other diseases,as well as the tendency of suicide.At present,the treatment method of BD is mainly drug therapy,including lithium salts,antiepileptic drugs,second-generation antipsychotics,etc.The drug therapy can prevent the occurrence of depression and mania to a certain extent,but the recurrence rate is at a high level after drug withdrawal.Non-drug treatments such as electroconvulsive therapy and psychotherapy are also effective treatments for BD patients,especially the psychotherapy,which is more important to improve the psychological state of the patients.At present,the new treatment method of BD is still under development,and further research is needed in the future.
