摘 要:罗城矿区经数十年开采,盐层顶板和岩盐溶腔大面积连通,矿区挖潜困难多、难度大。借鉴石油行业成熟的精细控压钻井技术,结合罗城矿区钻井施工实际进行改良,形成了满足该矿区资源挖潜改造的简易控压钻井技术。该技术通过对精细控压钻井技术和设备进行优化,调整工艺流程,解决了施工过程中恶性井涌、井漏等问题,达到安全快速钻进的目的,为同类矿山开发建设提供借鉴。After decades of mining in Luocheng mining area,salt roof and rock salt cavity are connected in a large area,so it is difficult to excavate potential in the mining area.By referring to the mature fine managed pressure drilling technology in the petroleum industry and combining with the actual drilling practice in Luocheng mining area,a simple managed pressure drilling technology,which can meet the needs of resource exploitation and transformation in this mining area,is formed.By optimizing the fine managed pressure drilling technology and equipment and adjusting the process flow,the technology solves the problems of malignant kick and loss of well in the construction process,achieves the purpose of safe and fast drilling,and provides reference for the development and construction of similar mines.
