摘　　要：针对无锡工艺职业技术学院离校未就业大学生就业难的情况,本文对就业困难大学生的就业意向进行调查分析,提出了精准就业帮扶措施,以期促进高职院校就业困难大学生更加充分更高质量就业。Aiming at the employment difficulties of unemployed college students leaving Wuxi Vocational and Technical College,this article investigates and analyzes the employment intentions of college students with employment difficulties,and proposes precise employment assistance measures,to promote more adequate employment and high-quality employment for college students with employment difficulties.
