正畸儿童龋病口腔综合防治的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析为正畸儿童应用综合防治的临床效果。方法将76例前来我院接受正畸治疗的儿童作为研究对象,采取随机方法将患儿分入观察组、对照组,两组均38例,两组均接受基础防治,观察组增加口腔综合防治,观察龋齿情况、牙齿健康情况。结果观察组龋齿例数明显较对照组更少(0.00%<13.16%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组龋齿指数、病菌数量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用口腔综合防治能够有效提升正畸儿童的龋病防范效果,促进儿童口腔卫生健康。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive prevention and treatment for orthodontic children.Methods 76 children who came to our hospital for orthodontic treatment were taken as the research objects.The children were randomly divided into observation group and control group.There were 38 cases in both groups.Both groups received basic prevention and treatment.The observation group added oral comprehensive Prevention and treatment,observation of dental caries and dental health.Results The number of dental caries cases in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group (0.00%<13.16%).Conclusion The use of oral comprehensive prevention and treatment can effectively improve the prevention of dental caries in orthodontic children and promote children’s oral health.
