上海市武术散打裁判员队伍建设影响因素研究

摘　　要：中国竞技体育水平不断提升的现实背景下,中国散打运动水平也在不断发展,散打裁判员以及执法的公正性面临着更高的挑战。武术散打裁判员队伍建设是影响散打比赛执裁水平的重要因素,对于该项目的发展具有重要的引导作用。以上海市武术散打裁判员队伍为研究对象,在深入调查与分析裁判员队伍存在的问题,并有针对性的提出优化策略。with the development of competitive sports in China,the level of Sanda in China is also developing,and the fairness of Sanda referees and law enforcement is facing higher challenges.The construction of Wushu Sanda referee team is an important factor affecting the level of sanda competition,which plays an important role in guiding the development of the project.Taking Shanghai Sanda referees team as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the problems existing in the referees team,and puts forward some optimization strategies.
