逐口分析定长切丝对细支卷烟烟气NNK释放量的影响

摘　　要：为分析定长切丝对细支卷烟主流烟气中焦油和NNK逐口释放量的影响,使用相同原辅材料和质量指标,除切丝模式外其余各项工艺参数不变,卷制某规格2种卷烟,以常规切丝模式卷制的样品作为对照样,以40 mm定长切丝模式卷制的样品为实验样,比较主流烟气中焦油和NNK的释放量及逐口释放量的差异。结果表明:①采用40 mm定长切丝模式卷烟主流烟气NNK释放量降低17.07%;②40 mm定长切丝模式可使细支卷烟烟气焦油和NNK的逐口释放量变化幅度减小;③细支卷烟烟支逐口最高温度的中位数值逐口升高;④应用40 mm定长切丝后,烟气的最高抽吸温度主要分布在第5口,而对照样最高抽吸温度的分布则较离散。In order to study the influences of controlled cutting strand length on the releases of tar and NNK in mainstream smoke of slim cigarettes,two slim cigarettes of a certain specification were prepared under different tobacco cutting modes using the same tobacco and auxiliary materials and keeping the other processing parameters and quality indexes the same.The cigarette samples made under the conventional cutting mode were marked as the control,and those made under the 40 mm cutting strand length as the test samples.The total releases and puff-by-puff releases of tar and NNK in mainstream smoke of the control and the test samples were compared.The results showed that:(1)the NNK release in mainstream cigarette smoke decreased by 17.07%with the 40 mm cutting strand length;(2)the variation ranges of puff-by-puff releases of tar and NNK of slim cigarette were also reduced;(3)the median value of maximum coal temperature in each puff of slim cigarette increased puff-by-puff;(4)the maximum coal temperature of the cigarette was mainly distributed in the fifth puff of the test samples,while the distribution of maximum coal temperature of the control was dispersed.
