摘　　要：科技社团是高职院校第二课堂的重要部分,是培养"齐鲁工匠后备人才"的重要载体。本文对基于科技社团的机电类专业"齐鲁工匠后备人才"的培育路径进行了探索,主要从专业知识技能培训、技能大赛和创新创业大赛、创新产品研发和制造项目及社会实践活动等四方面展开。Science and Technology Association is an important part of the second classroom in higher vocational colleges and an important carrier of cultivating"Qilu craftsmen reserve talents".This paper explores the cultivation path of"Qilu craftsmen reserve talents"for major in mechanical and electrical based on science and technology community,mainly from professional knowledge and skills training,skills competition and innovation and entrepreneurship competition,innovative product research and development and manufacturing projects and social practice.
