摘 要:目的探讨分析稳定的薁磺酸钠散剂处方及制备方法。方法在薁磺酸钠中分别加入抗氧剂茶多酚、BHT、维生素C,探索薁磺酸钠最佳抗氧剂。加入不同比例茶多酚,经加速和长期试验,筛选其最优添加量。结果经考察茶多酚为最佳抗氧剂。加速试验下,用量在0.25%时,对散剂的保护作用最佳;长期试验则为0.2%。结论茶多酚对薁磺酸钠散剂能够起到良好的抗氧化作用,处方中最佳用量为0.25%。OBJECTIVE Search for the prescription and the preparation method of stable sodium azulene sulfonate powder.METHODS To found a suitable antioxidant for sodium azulene sulfonate,tea polyphenol,BHT and vitamin C were added to sodium azulene sulfonate.To screen the optimal amount of tea polyphenol,tea polyphenol were added uo the sodium azulene sulfonate powder by accelerated test and long-term test.RESULTS Tea polyphenol was the best antioxidant.Under accelerated conditions,0.25%was a suitable amount to play a good protective role in the powder;uneer long-term conditions,tea polyphenol was 0.2%.CONCLUSION Tea polyphenol could exert a good antioxidant effect on sodium sulfonate preparations,and the suitable dosage was 0.25%in the prescription of sodium azulene sulfonate powder.
