摘 要:以某型拖式吊舱推进器为研究对象,采用非定常RANS方法对该推进器在敞水中直航和操舵工况下的粘性流场进行数值模拟,对螺旋桨单元和吊舱单元整体的轴向力、侧向力、扭矩和操舵力矩进行了数值计算,得到了该吊舱推进器敞水中的水动力载荷均值和脉动值随来流速度和舵角变化的关系.研究发现,桨单元与吊舱单元的平均水动力特性在大舵角、高来流速度下有较大的差别,提供最大敞水效率的操舵方位与来流速度有关;桨叶的水动力脉动以一倍轴频成分为主,且其推力、侧向力和扭矩的脉动幅值明显,而桨单元和吊舱单元的水动力脉动以一倍叶频成分为主,且其脉动幅值整体上较小;操舵方向不影响桨单元水动力均值和脉动值对称性,但对吊舱单元推力、扭矩和操舵力矩均值和脉动值有明显的影响.Numerical simulation of viscous flow around a puller type podded propulsor in open water under straight forward motion and azimuthing conditions are conducted by using the unsteady RANS method.Axial force,lateral force,torque,efficiency of the podded unit and the propeller unit together with the steering moment of the podded unit are calculated,and variations in the mean and fluctuating hydrodynamic performances with the inflow velocity and azimuthing angle are analyzed.It is found that mean hydrodynamic performances of the podded unit differ from those of the propeller unit under relatively large azimuthing angle and inflow velocity;the azimuthing angle providing maximal efficiency depends on the inflow velocity;significant hydrodynamic fluctuations of the axial thrust,lateral force and torque are found at one time of the shaft frequency for the propeller blade,while less significant ones for the propeller unit and the podded unit at one time of blade frequency are found;the steering direction has little influence on the symmetrical characteristics of the mean and fluctuating hydrodynamic performances of the propeller unit,but remarkably affects the mean values and fluctuations of the axial thrust,torque and steering moment of the podded.
