摘  要:球面推力弹性轴承是直升机柔性桨毂的核心弹性元件,在球面推力弹性轴承的设计中需综合考虑弹性轴承性能的各方面。利用有限元分析方法,可实现对轴承疲劳寿命的预测,从而指导弹性轴承的设计。但在针对弹性轴承的有限元仿真中,常常会出现计算难以收敛的情况。因此,通过改变Abaqus软件中网格划分整体种子和橡胶隔片层数,来分析弹性轴承有限元仿真分析过程中的收敛性。得出了橡胶网格单元越大越容易收敛,但会导致仿真刚度增加的结论,为后续弹性轴承刚度仿真计算提供了依据。The spherical thrust elastic bearing is the core elastic element of the helicopter flexible hub,and all aspects of the performance of elastic bearing should be considered comprehensively in the design process.By means of finite element analysis,the fatigue life of elastic bearings can be predicted,so as to guide the design of elastic elements.However,in the finite element simulation for elastic elements,it is often difficult to converge.Therefore,convergence of the elastic bearing in the finite element simulation analysis process is analyzed by changing the meshing overall seed and the number of rubber spacer layers in the Abaqus software.It is concluded that the larger the rubber mesh element is,the easier it is to converge,but it will increase the simulation stiffness.This article provides a basis for the simulation calculation of elastic bearing stiffness.
