全民健身示范乡镇民营体育企业发展经验与启示——以G镇为个案的实证考察

摘　　要：采用个案研究、田野调查、口述史记录等研究方法,对G镇民营体育企业发展状况进行了考察与分析。研究认为:G镇作为我国全民健身示范乡镇之一,依托其固有的体育资源禀赋积极发展乡镇民营体育企业,努力践行企业社会责任,助推全民健身活动和乡镇体育产业的发展,对促进乡村体育振兴具有重要的社会价值和现实意义。G镇民营体育企业发展经验对未来我国乡镇体育产业发展的启示是:1)重视乡镇营利性体育组织建设;2)“以城援乡”发展乡镇体育健身业;3)“品牌引领”发展乡镇体育用品业;4)“一村一品”发展乡镇体育旅游业;5.积极扶植引导乡镇体育企业组织发展。By means of case study, field investigation, oral history record and in-depth interview, this paper investigates and analyzes the development status of for-profit sports organizations in G town of Anhui province. As one of the demonstration towns of national fitness in China, G Town actively develops township private sports enterprises based on its inherent sports resource endowment, strives to fulfill corporate social responsibility, and promotes the development of national fitness activities and township sports industry, which has important social value and practical significance for promoting the revitalization of rural sports.The enlightenment for-profit sports organizations is as follows: 1.Attach importance to the construction of township profit-making sports organizations;2.Develop the township sports and fitness industry by “supporting the township with the city”;3.“brand led” the development of township sports goods industry;4.“one village, one product” development of township sports tourism;5.Actively support and guide the development of township sports enterprises organizations.
