银粉玻璃离子与复合树脂充填治疗磨牙邻面龋的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较银粉玻璃离子与复合树脂充填治疗磨牙邻面龋的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年3月至2019年6月该中心收治的94例(120颗患牙)磨牙邻面龋患者的临床资料,根据补牙材料不同分为对照组(n=47,患牙59颗)与研究组(n=47,患牙61颗)。对照组采用复合树脂充填治疗,研究组采用银粉玻璃离子充填治疗,比较两组充填治疗成功率,治疗后舒适度评分、咀嚼效率及不良事件发生率。结果:治疗后6个月,研究组充填治疗成功率为93.44%,高于对照组的79.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1 d、1个月,两组舒适度评分、咀嚼效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1年,研究组舒适度评分、咀嚼效率均高于对照组,不良事件发生率(8.51%)低于对照组(25.53%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用银粉玻璃离子充填治疗磨牙邻面龋的效果优于复合树脂,能够提升患者治疗后1年时的舒适度及咀嚼功能,且能够减少不良事件的发生。Objective:To compare effects of glass ionomer silver reinforced restorative and composite resin in filling treatment of proximal dental caries of molars.Methods:94 patients(120 teeth)with proximal dental caries of molars admitted to our center from March 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different filling materials,they were divided into control group(n=47,59 teeth)and study group(n=47,61 teeth).The control group was treated with composite resin filling,while the study group was treated with glass ionomer silver reinforced restorative filling.The success rate of filling treatment,comfort score after the treatment,masticatory efficiency and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:6 months after the treatment,the success rate of filling treatment in the study group was 93.44%,which was higher than 79.66%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 d and 1 month after the treatment,there were no statistical differences in the comfort score and the masticatory efficiency between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).1 year after the treatment,the comfort score and masticatory efficiency of the study group were higher than those of the control group;the adverse event rate(8.51%)was lower than the control group(25.53%);and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The glass ionomer silver reinforced restorative filling in the treatment of the proximal dental caries of molars is superior to composite resin,which can improve the comfort degree and the masticatory function of the patients 1 year after the treatment,and can reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
