摘　　要：目的对初发脑卒中患者的知信行现状进行调查,并对其影响因素进行分析,为提高初发脑卒中患者知信行水平提供参考依据。方法选取2019年1~12月就诊的初发脑卒中患者300例为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料问卷、知信行(knowledge,attitude,practice,KAP)量表对患者进行脑卒中的知识、信念与行为的现状调查,并对KAP得分的影响因素进行分析。结果KAP得分总分为48.9~92.7(76.5±11.3)分,多因素Logistic回归分析显示年龄、文化程度、高血压、平均月收入、婚姻及居住方式是初发脑卒中患者KAP得分的影响因素。结论初发脑卒中患者知信行水平中等偏下,尤其是知识得分,应当加强脑卒中的知识宣教,从而增强患者信念,达到行为约束目的,提高初发脑卒中知信行水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the current situation of knowledge,belief and behavior in patients with primary stroke,and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving the levels of knowledge,belief and behavior of patients with primary stroke.Methods A total of 300 patients with primary stroke who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study.The general information questionnaire and knowledge,attitude,practice(KAP)rating scales were used to investigate the current situation of knowledge,belief and behavior of patients with cerebral stroke,moreover,the influencing factors on KAP scores were analyzed.Results The total scores of KAP were 48.9~92.7(76.5±11.3)points.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,education level,hypertension,average monthly income,marriage and living style were the influencing factors of KAP scores.Conclusion The levels of knowledge,belief and behavior of patients with primary cerebral stroke are lower than the average levels.Therefor it is necessary to strengthen the knowledge education,so as to enhance the patients’belief,achieve the purpose of behavior restriction,to improve the levels of knowledge,belief and behavior as well as the life quality of patients.
