摘　　要：阐述新冠肺炎档案专项管理的重要性和必要性,认为新冠肺炎档案对于新冠肺炎的医学认知和深入研究、患者预后跟踪评估、传染性公共卫生事件防控经验积累和医院文化建设等有积极意义。明确了新冠肺炎防控和诊治过程中工作文书及音像档案、患者病历、先进事迹材料、工作实物4类档案管理的重点内容,提出了新冠肺炎档案管理的组织领导、档案的价值评估和鉴别分类、档案的开发利用等方面应注意的问题。Management of special achieves on prevention,diagnosis,treatment,and control of COVID-19 is necessary and important for hospitals as these achieves offer valuable information on the knowledge and research of COVID-19,the prognosis and outcomes of COVID-19 patients,the prevention and control of public health events,and the construction of hospital culture.There are mainly four types of archives during the fight against COVID-19 pandemic in China:working documents and audio-visual archives,patients'medical records,materials reflecting the outstanding achievements of specific individuals,and physical evidences of the work.Problems need to be addressed included:leadership in the achieve management;value assessment,identification,and classification of archives;and development and utilization of archives.
