摘　　要：住宅智能化设计是当下室内设计行业大力探索的设计模式,综合了科学、工学、艺术等多方面学科领域的知识,要求室内设计师具备跨学科的设计知识储备。本研究从住宅智能化设计发展现状出发,通过对智能家居产业链、智能家居操作方式和基于大数据的住宅智能化设计进行分析,讨论了住宅智能化的交互性应用、空间功能转换应用、家庭安全应用和绿色低能耗应用,并对住宅智能化设计的发展趋势进行了探究,为住宅智能化的应用发展提供一定的借鉴意义。Intelligent design is a design mode vigorously explored by the interior design industry.It integrates the knowledge of science,engineering,art,and other disciplines and requires the designers to have interdisciplinary knowledge.Starting from the current situation of the development of intelligent residential design,this study analyzes the industry chain,operation mode,and intelligent design based on big data of intelligent households.Then,it discusses the interaction,space function transformation,family security,and green applications of an intelligent household to explore the development trend of intelligent residential design.It hopes to provide a certain reference for the application development of intelligent households.
