摘　　要：随着互联网技术蓬勃发展,移动终端已渗透到各行业和生活的每个角落,教育部顺应时代发展,发布规划明确提出将信息化作为现代职业教育体系建设的基础。利用互联网思维建设和管理高职医学检验技术专业实验室,从教学资源构建到制度创新,突破实验场所时间和空间上对学习的限制是职业教育发展的方向。Smart phone has been used everywhere with our life and industries with the quick development of internet.The ministry of education has issued document and set direction that is digital information with internet,and it is the foundation of vocational education system in the coming future.It is the trend of vocational education that making effective digital teaching resources and setting innovative teaching and learning model under Internet+perspective,and the new model has the potential power to utmost utilizes medical laboratory.The new teaching and learning model with internet will be a right way to break the constraint that limits the studying by space and time.
