摘  要:在经济发展结构迅速调整的背景下,各产业对于创新人才的需求不断增长,在此过程中,也突显了应用型人才培养的不足,由于人才输出质量无法满足企业需要,造成了应用型人才的匮乏。为提高国家教育对社会经济的推动作用,高职院校需要根据国内外的经济发展环境及我国的发展现状,在教育工作中充分的和时代的发展趋势相结合。在情境认知的教学实践中,众多的高职院校采取的一系列策略未能有效地满足社会对人才的需求,为此,需要不断的加强对其研究进程。Under the background of rapid adjustment of economic development structure,the demand for innovative talents in various industries is increasing.In this process,the shortage of application-oriented talents is also highlighted,output quality of talents cannot meet the needs of enterprises,leading to the shortage of applied talents.In order to improve the role of national education in promoting social economy,higher vocational colleges need to fully combine with the development trend of the times according to the economic development environment at home and abroad and the development status of our country.In the teaching practice of situational cognition,a series of strategies adopted by many higher vocational colleges fail to effectively meet the social demand for talents.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research process.
