摘  要:该文针对居民医疗卫生公共服务满意度的影响因素展开分析,内容包括公益性程度、服务效率、服务质量、公众期望等,结合某一满意度实例对于感知结构相关内容进行讨论,通过研究搭建智能管理体系、进一步提升公益程度、实现待遇均等化、医疗资源的优化等内容,其目的在于提升卫生公共服务水平,为区域居民提供更加优质的医疗服务。This article analyzes the influencing factors of residents’medical and health public service satisfaction,including the degree of public welfare,service efficiency,service quality,public expectations,etc.,combined with a certain example of satisfaction,discusses related content of the perception structure,and builds intelligent management through research system,further increase the level of public welfare,achieves equalization of treatment,and optimizes medical resources.The purpose is to improve the level of public health services and provide regional residents with better quality medical services.
