多焦点非球面人工晶体在老年性白内障手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察多焦点非球面人工晶体在老年性白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月-2020年3月笔者所在医院眼科收治的90例老年性白内障患者的诊疗资料,按照术中晶体植入不同分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,两组均采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术予以治疗,观察组给予多焦点非球面人工晶体植入,对照组使用单焦点球面人工晶体植入,比较两组术前、术后1周、3、6个月时裸眼近视力、裸眼远视力、最佳矫正近视力、最佳矫正远视力,术后6个月时对比敏感度及术后并发症情况。结果:术后1周、术后3、6个月观察组裸眼近视力、裸眼远视力、最佳矫正近视力、最佳矫正远视力均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月时,观察组在3、6、8、12 cpd空间频率时对比敏感度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多焦点非球面人工晶体在老年性白内障手术应用效果明显,可有效改善患者视力及对比敏感度,值得应用推广。Objective:To study the application effect of multifocal aspheric intraocular lens in senile cataract surgery.Method:The clinical dates of 90 senile cataract patients treated in ophthalmology department of our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,according to different intraoperative lens implantation,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group,both groups were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,the observation group was given multifocal aspheric intraocular lens implantation,while the control group was given single focus spherical intraocular lens implantation.The changes of the uncorrected near visual,uncorrected far vision,best corrected near vision,best corrected far vision before operation,at 1 week,3 months and 6 months after surgery,and contrast sensitivity at 6 months after operation and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups patients.Result:The uncorrected near visual,uncorrected far vision,best corrected near vision,best corrected far vision in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group at 1 week,3 and 6 months after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the contrast sensitivity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 3,6,8 and 12 cpd spatial frequencies,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of multifocal aspheric intraocular lens in senile cataract surgery is obvious,which can effectively improve the visual acuity and contrast sensitivity of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
