摘　　要：《名媛诗话》对于中国文学批评史的意义体现在三个方面:一是史料、文献的价值。它裒辑、保存了一批出于女性之手的文学批评著述,其中不乏精金美玉。二是集中了沈善宝本人的文学批评观点,对于研究她的文学活动,以及由她辐射而成的女作家群体的文学创作,都是重要的切入角度。三是这些内容反映出的文学思想,是那个时代文学思想的重要侧面,也是研究女性文学、性别观念的重要视角。这些皆可补足目前批评史研究、书写之缺失。The significance of Mingyuan Shihua for the history of literary criticism is threefold. The first is thedocument's value as historical material. It has saved for posterity a large amount of female literary creation thatotherwise would have been lost. The second is that is preserves the literary theory of Shen Shanbao as well asimportant information about her life and literary activities. The third is that it preserves the content of animportant part of that era's literate, which is women's literature.
