摘　　要：本文构建海洋经济转型综合评价指标体系,运用"五维一体"联合理论测度模型评估我国海洋经济转型发展水平,利用BVAR模型,量化绿色信贷对海洋经济绿色转型的驱动效应,主要结论如下:(1)绿色信贷资金总量规模的扩大对我国海洋经济转型具有明显的促进作用;(2)从相对量和绝对量角度来看,绿色信贷投资对我国海洋经济转型的促进作用更强;(3)从绿色信贷构成主体来看,银行业金融机构绿色信贷投资在促进我国海洋经济转型的实现进程中所发挥的作用更突出。This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for marine economic transformation, and uses the BVAR model to quantify the driving effect of green credit on the green transformation of marine economy. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The expansion of the total amount of green credit funds has a promoting effect on Chinese marine economic transformation.(2) From a relative and absolute perspective, the increase in green credit investment has a stronger role in promoting the transformation of the marine economy.(3) From the perspective of the main components of green credit, green credit investment at the banking level plays a stronger role in promoting the transformation of China’s marine economy than green credit investment at the national level.
