基于鲎试剂需求的中国鲎资源保护的迫切性研究

摘　　要：鲎试验法作为国内外内毒素检测的一种标准方法,其地位短期内无可替代,中华鲎资源的重要性由此可见一斑。然而普通公众对于中华鲎属于渔业经济种类还是特殊保护物种,及其保护等级方面的认知盲点,导致公众参与的鲎资源保护行动无法满足鲎资源量变化的要求。中华鲎自然资源管理和利用方面缺乏明确的管理依据,鲎血采集尚未得到有效监管。近30年来中华鲎自然资源量快速下降,鲎试剂产业安全隐患迫在眉睫。建议相关监督和管理部门、研究单位和企业联合,组建国家级鲎资源保护与应用研究中心,对鲎试剂产业链进行系统化管理,同时探索中华鲎养殖利用新途径,通过适宜的管理方式实现中华鲎保护和利用之间良性互动及可持续发展。Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate(TAL) test is the international and domestic standard method for toxin detection, which is irreplaceable in the short term. Horseshoe crab resource is very important. The protection level of horseshoe crab is not updated in China. The lack of management basis leads to confusion of horseshoe crab blood collection. In the past 30 years, the natural resources of horseshoe crab in China have declined rapidly, and the potential shortage of Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate source is imminent. It is suggested to organize all relevant supervision and management departments, research units and enterprises to participate in the establishment of a National Research Center for the protection and application of horseshoe crab resources to systematically manage the industrial chain of Tachypleus amebocyte Lysate in China. At the same time, new ways of breeding and utilization should be explored to realize positive interaction between protection and utilization of horseshoe crab through appropriate management methods.
