摘　　要：尾门锁体的声音品质直接影响到尾门的开启感受,越来越受到顾客的关注。影响尾门锁体的声音品质的关键要素主要包括电机及其传动机构设计布置的合理性。一般尾门锁体传动机构多为蜗轮蜗杆结构,二者匹配的优劣及锁内棘轮、棘爪、缓冲部件布置的合理性对尾门锁体的声音品质有着决定性影响。文章以某SUV尾门锁体声音品质问题为切入点,对尾门解锁声音较差问题进行研究分析,确认了尾门锁体声音问题的整改方向,最终通过整改优化将问题彻底解决。The sound quality of the tailgate latch directly affects the opening experience of the tailgate,and more and more customers pay attention to it.The key factors affecting the sound quality of the tailgate latch mainly include the rationality of the design arrangement of the motor and its transmission mechanism.In general,the transmission mechanism of the tailgate latch is mostly worm and gear,The matching of the two and the rationality of the arrangement of ratchet wheel,pawl and buffer parts in the whole latch have a decisive influence on the sound quality of the tailgate latch.This paper takes the problem of latch sound quality of an SUV as the point of entry,analysis the problem of poor sound when the tailgate is unlocked and confirmed the direction of the improvement of the sound problem of the tailgate latch,then finally solve the problem through the improvement and optimization.
