刑事申诉参与信访案件的化解探析

摘　　要：刑事申诉是我国检察机关通过依法履行法律监督职能,保障公民刑事诉讼权利的一项重要救济手段。同时,刑事申诉也是检察机关参与化解社会矛盾的一个重要环节。完善刑事申诉制度,有效破解当前刑事申诉存在的困境和难题,及时回应群众的司法诉求,推进涉法涉诉信访积案化解,让人民群众在每一件司法案件中感受到公平正义,是当前刑事申诉检察的重点工作之一。Criminal appeal is an important relief means for procuratorial organs to protect citizens’rights of criminal procedure by performing legal supervision function according to law.At the same time,criminal appeal is also an important link for procuratorial organs to participate in resolving social contradictions.Improving the criminal appeal system,effectively solving the difficulties and problems existing in the current criminal appeal,timely responding to the judicial demands of the masses,promoting the resolution of accumulated cases of letters and visits involving law and litigation,and making the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case are the focus of the current criminal appeal prosecution One of the jobs.
