摘　　要：大力营造学的氛围、严的氛围、干的氛围,是推动党建工作高质量发展,提高河南司法警官职业学院(以下简称"学院")办学治校能力的有效抓手。增强"学"的主动性,强化理论滋养,永葆对党忠诚的政治品格。突出"严"的主基调,强化纪律规矩,营造风清气正的政治生态。激发"干"的精气神,强化实干担当,推进学院转型发展更出彩。It is an effective way to promote the high-quality development of the Party construction and improve the college management ability of Henan Judicial Police Vocational College(hereinafter referred to as"College")by vigorously creating the atmosphere of learning,strictness and doing.We should strengthen the initiative of"learning",strengthen the theoretical nourishment,and always maintain the political character of loyalty to the Party.We should highlight the main tone of"being strict",strengthen discipline and rules,and create a clean and upright political environment.We should stimulate the spirit of"doing",strengthen the practical responsibility,and promote the transformation and development of the college.
