经表面弧形切口与放射状切口手术治疗青年乳腺纤维腺瘤随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较经表面弧形切口与放射状切口手术治疗青年乳腺纤维腺瘤的临床效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月本院收治的80例青年乳腺纤维腺瘤患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组应用放射状切口手术治疗,研究组应用经表面弧形切口手术治疗。比较两组手术后的疗效、乳房美容效果满意度、并发症发生情况(血肿、瘀斑、切口感染)及手术情况(术中失血量、手术时间、术后切口长度、术后愈合时间)。结果:研究组疗效、乳房美容效果满意度高于对照组,手术情况优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青年乳腺纤维腺瘤患者在治疗时,应用经表面弧形切口手术治疗,治疗效果好,创伤小,切口短,出血量少,且患者对术后乳房美容效果满意度高。同时,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,安全性高,有利于促进患者切口尽早恢复,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of young breast fibroadenoma with surgery through surface arc incision and radial incision surgery.Method:A total of 80 young patients with breast fibroadenoma admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radial incision surgery,and the study group was treated with surgery through surface arc incision.The postoperative efficacy,satisfaction of breast cosmetic effect,incidence of complications(hematoma,ecchymosis,incision infection)and surgical conditions(intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative incision length,postoperative healing time)were compared between the two groups.Result:The curative effect and breast cosmetic effect satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the operation situation was better than that of the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The young patients with breast fibroadenoma treatment,the surgery through surface arc incision has obvious curative effect,smaller trauma,shorter incision,less blood loss,and postoperative breast cosmetic effect satisfaction for patients with high satisfaction.At the same time,it can effectively reduce the postoperative complications,high safety,incision is beneficial to promote patients recover as soon as possible,it’s worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
