摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中miR-184、自噬相关基因Beclin1、微管相关蛋白1轻链3B(LC3B)的表达及临床意义。方法收集103例胃癌患者的临床及病理资料,通过荧光实时定量PCR技术测量miR-184、Beclin1及LC3B的表达情况,并分析其临床特征。采用Pearson相关分析法检验miR-184、Beclin1及LC3B的相关性。结果胃癌组织中miR-184、Beclin1及LC3B的表达量较癌旁组织下降(P均<0.05)。存在淋巴结转移及TNM分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者胃癌组织中miR-184、Beclin1及LC3B的表达降低(P均<0.05)。miR-184和Beclin1、miR-184和LC3B、Beclin1和LC3B的表达量均呈显著正相关(r分别为0.845、0.787、0.793,P均<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中miR-184、Beclin1及LC3B的表达均降低,且与淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关,能够在一定程度上评估患者病情。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-184,autophagy-related protein Beclin 1 and microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3(LC3 B)in the gastric cancer tissues.Methods Clinical and pathological data of 103 patients with gastric cancer were collected.The expression levels of miR-184,Beclinl,and LC3 B were measured by real-time quantitative fluorescence PCR(qRT-PCR)and their clinical characteristics were analyzed.Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation of miR-184,Beclinl and LC3 B.Results The expression levels of miR-184,Beclinl,and LC3 B in the gastric cancer tissues were lower than those in the paracancer tissues(all P<0.05).The expression of miR-184,Beclinl,and LC3 B decreased in patients with lymph node metastasis and TNM stageⅢ-Ⅳ(all P<0.05).There were significantly positive correlations between the expression levels of miR-184 and Beclinl,between miR-184 and LC3 B,and between Beclinl and LC3 B(r=0.845,P<0.05;r=0.787,P<0.05;r=0.793,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of miR-184,Beclinl,and LC3 B in the gastric cancer tissues all decrease,and are closely related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage,which can evaluate the patients’condition to a certain extent.
