摘　　要：针对“大类培养”模式下《建设工程合同法律制度与合同管理》课程教学的改革诉求,分析了当前该课程教学存在的突出问题以及课程教学改革的必要性,基于“大类培养”模式对于土木工程大类专业人才的培养目标,进而提出了更新教学内容与建设网络教学平台、融合多元化教学手段、全方位课程考核的教学改革对策,以期能够有效提高“大类培养”模式下该课程的教学质量和人才培养效果。Aiming at the reform demands of the course teaching of“Construction Project Contract Legal System and Contract Management”under the“general training”mode,this paper analyzes the prominent problems existing in the current teaching of the course and the necessity of teaching reform.Based on the training objectives of the“general training”mode for civil engineering major talents,it puts forward the teaching reform countermeasures of updating the teaching content and building the network teaching platform,integrating diversified teaching means and comprehensive curriculum assessment.The article hopes to effectively improve the teaching quality and talent training effect of the course under the“general training”mode.
