摘　　要：高校要认真落实人才培养为本、本科教育是根的理念,加大本科教学改革力度,努力造就和培养一批堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人。培育一流的教改项目和教学研究成果,是高校提升育人水平、落实立德树人的重要途径。高校要积极推动教育教学改革项目管理工作的优化提升,从形式上和效果上“两手抓”,确保教改项目的研究质量,从而促进教学成果转化,提升人才培养质量。Higher education institutions must conscientiously implement the idea that talent cultivation is the foundation and undergraduate education is the root,and strengthen the reform of undergraduate education,striving to cultivate a group of new talents who are worthy of the task of national rejuvenation.Cultivating top-notch teaching reform projects and teaching research results is an important way for higher education institutions to improve the level of education and implement the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents.Higher education institutions should actively promote the optimization and promotion of the management of education and teaching reform projects,and ensure the research quality of education reform projects in terms of form and effect,so as to promote the transformation of teaching results and improve the quality of talent training.
