摘  要:中国高等教育在近20年里实现了跨越性发展,在数量和规模上已经赶超了西方高等教育,这正是我国高等教育多年来取得的改革成效。人本理念要求平等尊重每一位个体,最大限度地保障个体的尊严和权利。高等教育管理是为培养具有创新能力和实践能力的高级专门人才服务的,基于人本理念完善并优化高等教育管理模式是该文研究的重点。China’s higher education has achieved leap-forward development in the past 20 years,and has surpassed Western higher education in number and scale.This is exactly the effect of higher education reform in our country over the years.The people-oriented concept respects every individual equally,and enable every individual to be dignified and enjoy rights within the maximum limit.The management of higher education is to serve the training of advanced professionals with innovative and practical abilities.Therefore,perfecting and optimizing the management model of higher education based on the people-oriented concept is the focus of this paper.
