摘  要:目的:探讨3D打印技术结合手术演示在颅底肿瘤临床教学中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年7月—2018年7月在我科进行住院医师规范化培训的研究生40名,分为传统教学组和新型教学组,每组学生20名,传统教学组采用多媒体及手术录像进行教学,新型教学组在传统教学组的基础上引入3D打印的实体模型进行教学,比较分析两组学生培训前后的成绩,并调查学生对新型教学法的满意度和评价情况。结果:新型教学组的学生的学习成绩明显高于传统教学组,并且对新型教学法满意度较高。结论:3D打印技术结合手术演示更有利于加深学生对颅底肿瘤手术的理解,值得临床教学推广。Objective:To explore the application value of 3D printing technology combined with surgical demonstration in clinical teaching of skull base tumors.Methods:Forty postgraduates who received standardized resident training in our department from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected.They were divided equally into traditional and new teaching method group.The traditional teaching method group used multimedia and surgical video for teaching,while the new teaching method group introduced 3D printing entity model.The scores of pre-test and post-test were comparative analyzed between the two groups,and the satisfaction and evaluation of the new teaching method were investigated.Result:The scores of the students’self-evaluation and satisfaction in the new teaching method group were significantly higher than the traditional teaching method group.Conclusion:3D printing technology combined with surgery demonstration is more conducive to improving students’understanding of skull base tumors surgery,and it is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
