摘　　要：如何加强研究生创新能力的建设,是现代研究生教育所面临的重要问题。该文通过对人才培养现状的分析,从学科交叉的角度提出人才培养的新定位,通过完善课程培养体系、导师组联合培养、项目式参与等多种方式探讨研究生创新能力培养的具体路径。How to strengthen the innovation ability of postgraduates is an important problem for modern postgraduate education.Based on the analysis of the talent training,this paper puts forward the new orientation of talent training from the perspective of interdisciplinary,and discusses the way of cultivating postgraduates’innovative ability by improving the curriculum training system,the joint training of tutors and project-based participation.
