摘 要:以30名体育专业大学生为研究对象,建立不同程度的睡眠不足模型:睡眠时间4~6 h为轻度睡眠不足组(T1),睡眠时间≤4 h为重度睡眠不足组(T2),用布鲁斯运动方案进行力竭运动,检测其心率变异性(Heart Rate Variability,HRV)和心率恢复(Heart Rate Recovery HRR)相关指标,以探究一次性睡眠不足对人体力竭运动后自主神经的影响。研究结果:(1)运动前安静状态下与对照组相比较,T2组时域RMSSD、SDNN显著性下降(P<0.05),频域LF、HF极显著性下降(P<0.01);(2)与运动前相比较,运动后即刻三组时域RMSSD和频域LF、HF极显著性下降(P<0.01),T1组和T2组SDNN与运动前相比较显著性下降(P<0.05),运动后即刻三组LF/HF与运动前相比较显著性上升(P<0.05);(3)运动后30 min,T2组频域HF与对照组相比较极显著性下降(P<0.01),LF/HF显著性升高(P<0.05);(4)此外,HRR指标随睡眠不足程度的增加而下降,且T2组HRR120与对照组相比较显著性下降(P<0.05)。睡眠不足会造成心脏自主神经节律失衡,并进一步加深运动后心脏自主神经的疲劳;且睡眠不足还是影响力竭运动后心功能恢复的重要因素。Taking 30 college students majoring in physical education as the research object,the paper establishes a model of sleep deprivation of varying degrees:sleep time of 4 to 6 hours per day is mild sleep deprivation group(T1),Sleep time less than 4 hours a day is severe sleep deprivation group(T2).The Bruce Sports Programme is used to to do the exhaustion exercise,and the heart rate variability(HRV)and heart rate recovery(HRR)related indicators are examined to explore the effect of one-time sleep deficiency on autonomic nerve after exhaustion exercise.Research shows that:(1)Compared with the control group,the time domain RMSSD、SDNN of T2 group decreased significantly(P<0.05),The frequency domain LF、HF extremely significant decrease(P<0.01);(2)Compared with pre-exercise,The time domain RMSSD and frequency domain LF、HF decreased significantly(P<0.01),the SDNN of T1 group and T2 group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the LF/HF of the three groups immediately after exercise is significantly higher than that before exercise(P<0.05);(3)In 30 minutes after the exercise,the frequency domain HF of T2 group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.01),while it has significant increase in LF/HF(P<0.05);(4)In addition,HRR indicators decrease as sleep deprivation increases,the HRR120 of T2 group decreased significantly compared with that of control group(P<0.05).The paper proposes that the lack of sleep causes the imbalance of cardiac autonomic rhythm and further deepens the fatigue of cardiac autonomic nerve after exercise,and sleep deficiency is still an important factor in the recovery of cardiac function after exercise.
