摘　　要：本文在梳理科技进步对各行业工作岗位影响的基础上,提出财务行业使用财务机器人将面临的现实问题。针对该问题,分析了财务机器人在国内外的发展现状,总结了财务机器人的优势,通过与传统财务工作流程的对比,探讨了当前财务机器人的主要应用形式。在此基础上,运用ISM结构模型系统分析了财务机器人对会计人员的影响,进一步提出了推动财务机器人和财务人员协同发展的对策建议。On the basis of combing the impact of scientific and technological progress on jobs in various industries,this paper puts forward the practical problems that the financial industry will face in using financial robots.In view of this problem,this paper analyzes the development status of Robotic Process Automation(RPA)at home and abroad,summarizes the advantages of RPA,and discusses the main application forms of RPA by comparing with traditional financial workflow.On this basis,this paper analyzes the impact of RPA on accounting personnel by using ISM structure model system,and further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of financial robot and financial personnel.
