摘　　要：气保焊丝在贮运、施焊过程中会出现锈蚀、堵枪头、喷溅、气孔等问题。通过理论分析、金相观察,研究化学镀铜层厚度、表面疏松、结合面质量等因素与生产工艺的关系,及这些因素对镀层防护性能的影响,提出了镀层质量的检验方案和质量控制指标,有利于控制和提高焊丝的防护质量。In process of storage,transportation and welding,gas shielded welding wire has some problems,such as corrosion,welding torch plugging,splashing,air hole and so on.Through theoretical analysis and metallographic observation,the relationship between thickness of electroless copper plating layer,surface looseness,the quality of bonding surface and other factors and production process,and influence of these factors on protective performance of coating are studied,and the coating quality inspection plan and quality control indicators are proposed.Which is beneficial to control and improve welding wire protection quality.
