小儿先天性内斜视的手术时机对斜视矫正效果影响

摘　　要：目的分析小儿先天性内斜视的手术时机对斜视矫正效果影响。方法选择2018年3月—2019年3月该院收治先天性内斜视患儿77例临床资料,按患儿的年龄分成两组,对照组患儿年龄>2岁共38例,研究组患儿年龄≤2岁共39例,对两组术后1周与术后6周手术效果进行比较。结果研究组患儿术后1周正位矫正效果74.35%,比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.926,P<0.05);且研究组患儿术后6周正位矫正效果84.62%比对照组63.16%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.609,P<0.05);研究组满意度97.44%比对照组78.95%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.708,P<0.05)。结论对先天性内斜视患儿多主张早治疗,最晚治疗时间不可超于24个月,可恢复患儿视力功能,临床值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of the timing of surgery on the correction of strabismus in children with congenital esotropia.Methods The clinical data of 77 children with congenital esotropia admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the age of the children.38 children in the control group were older than 2 years old,and 39 children in the study group of age≤2 years old,the surgical results were compared between the two groups at 1 week after operation and 6 weeks after operation.Results The correction effect of children in the study group was 74.35%,which was higher than that of the control group at 1 week after operation,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.926,P<0.05);and the correction effect of children in the study group was 84.62%,which was higher than 63.16%in the control group at 6 weeks after operation,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.609,P<0.05);The satisfaction degree of the study group was 97.44%higher than that of the control group 78.95%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.708,P<0.05).Conclusion Early treatment is recommended for children with congenital esotropia,and the latest treatment time should not exceed 24 months,which can restore the children's visual function and is clinically worthy of promotion.
