摘　　要：当今世界,随着经济全球化的到来,多元文化也成了当代社会文化新的发展趋势。中国也紧着时代的步伐发展成为一个多元文化的社会,多元文化也让我们国家充满生机,但是也产生了许多矛盾和问题,东西方文化的差异、传统文化和现代文化的不同、大众文化和精英文化并存等等都出现在中国的社会中。在多元文化视野下的大学思想政治教育在新的时代下也面临着各种各样的挑战,大学生的思想价值和认识也在主流文化的淡化中发生了不同形式的转变。在多元文化视野发展形势下,针对大学思想政治教育工作中存在的现象,需要进一步分析解决。In today's world,with the advent of economic globalization,multiculturalism has become a new development trend of contemporary social culture.China is also developing into amulti-cultural societywith the pace of the times.Multi culture also makes our country full of vitality,but there are also many contradictions and problems.The differences between eastern and Western cultures,the differences between traditional and modern cultures,the coexistence of mass culture and elite culture all appear in Chinese society.In the newera,the ideological and political education in Universities in the multicultural perspective is also facing a variety of challenges.The ideological value and understanding of college students have changed in different forms in the weakening of the mainstream culture.In the form of multi-cultural vision,we need to further analyze and solve the problems existing in the ideological and political education in universities.
