摘　　要：目的分析在实验室生物安全管理中用PDCA循环的效果。方法研究选取实验室36名工作人员作为研究对象,2018年1—12月实施常规管理,设置为对照组。2019年1—12月实施PDCA循环,设置为研究组。评价两组的工作质量、工作错误率、实验室安全知识掌握程度以及工作满意度。结果研究组工作错误率低于对照组,工作质量高于对照组,实验室安全知识掌握程度高于对照组,工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实验室生物安全管理中用PDCA循环,有效提高实验室安全知识掌握程度,降低工作错误率,提高工作质量和工作满意度,减少实验室安全问题,在实验室生物安全管理中,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of using PDCA cycle in laboratory biosafety management.Methods The study selected 36 staff members of laboratory as the research objects.Routine management was carried out from January to December 2018,and they were set as the control group.The PDCA cycle will be implemented from January to December 2019 and set up as a study group.Evaluated the work quality,work error rate,laboratory safety knowledge mastery and job satisfaction of the two groups.Results The work error rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the quality of work was higher than that of the control group,the degree of laboratory safety knowledge mastery was higher than that of the control group,job satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle in laboratory biosafety management can effectively improve the mastery of laboratory safety knowledge,reduce work error rate,improve work quality and job satisfaction,and reduce laboratory safety problems.It has more advantages in laboratory biosafety management,with high application value.
