长沙市直属医疗机构住院医师职业倦怠及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探究长沙市直属医疗机构住院医师职业倦怠的发生现状及其影响因素。方法选取2019年1—10月长沙市直属医疗机构387名住院医师为该次研究对象,采用χ2检验进行单因素分析,使用Logistics回归分析模型进行多因素分析。结果387名住院医师中轻度倦怠者206人(占53.2%),中度倦怠者135人(34.9%),重度倦怠者28人(7.2%)。多因素分析显示,已婚(OR=2.529,95%CI:1.111~5.759,P=0.027)、规培第二年(OR=2.295,95%CI:1.261~4.175,P=0.007)、第三年(OR=3.875,95%CI:1.751~8.574,P=0.001)是住院医师职业倦怠程度的危险因素;性别女(OR=0.345,95%CI:0.2~0.594,P<0.001)是住院医师职业倦怠程度的保护因素。结论已婚、规培第二年、规培第三年是住院医师职业倦怠程度的危险因素,女性在承受压力方面较男性强。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of occupational burnout among residents in medical institutions directly under Changsha City.Methods A total of 387 resident physicians from medical institutions directly under Changsha City from January to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects.χ2 test was used for single factor analysis,and Logistics regression analysis model was used for multivariate analysis.Results Among the 387 residents,206 were mild burnout(53.2%),135 were moderate burnout(34.9%),and 28 were severe burnout(7.2%).Multivariate analysis showed that married(OR=2.529,95%CI:1.111-5.759,P=0.027),the second year of regular training(OR=2.295,95%CI:1.261-4.175,P=0.007),the third year of regular training(OR=3.875,95%CI:1.751-8.574,P=0.001)were risk factors for the degree of occupational burnout of residents;female gender(OR=0.345,95%CI:0.2-0.594,P<0.001)was protective factors of doctor's job burnout.Conclusion Married,the second year of regular training,and the third year of regular training are risk factors for the degree of job burnout of residents.Women are stronger than men in terms of stress.
