摘 要:根据我国颁布的《机场周围飞机噪声标准》(GB9660-88),以计权等效连续感觉噪声级(LWECPN)作为评价指标,运用航空环境设计工具(AEDT)对某民用运输机场的离场噪声进行仿真计算,综合考虑了离场偏置、减推力起飞、离场减噪爬升程序(NADP)等减噪措施的影响,在机型和架次不变的情况下,计算多种离场降噪措施的噪声等值线,通过对比分析减噪效果,为机场噪声环境影响评估和飞行程序优化设计提供参考。According to the“Standard of Aircraft Noise Around the Airport”(GB 9660-88)our country promulgated,taking the weighted equivalent continuous perceived noise level(LWECPN)as evaluation index,this paper uses air environment design tools(AEDT)to conduct simulation computation for the noise of a civil transport airport.Considering the effect of noise reduction measures such as departure bias,reduced thrust takeoff and NADP(Noise Abatement Departure Procedure),under the condition of invariable aircraft types and movements,this paper calculates the noise contours of a variety of noise reduction measures,and does comparative analysis on the noise reduction effect.It provides reference for noise environmental impact assessment of the airport and flight procedure optimization design.
