摘　　要：常用的蒸发器有降膜、强制循环、外循环、板式蒸发器等几种,每一种蒸发器都有其自身的特点,每种蒸发器都有一个适用范围,如果超出了范围就可能导致一些问题出现,比如结垢结焦严重,蒸发量下降,甚至无法正常生产等,本文就此进行阐述。The commonly used evaporators include falling film evaporator,forced circulation,external loop,and plate evaporator.Each evaporator has its own characteristics,and each evaporator has a adaptation range,If used beyond this range,it may lead to some problems,such as scaling coking,evaporation decreased.It even can’t produce normally,which will be analyzed in this paper.
