摘　　要：折叠式人工玻璃体球囊(FCVB)是我国自主研发的新型玻璃体替代物,属于全球创新产品。折叠式人工玻璃体球囊由计算机模拟的具有玻璃体形态的球囊、引流管及引流阀组成,由改良性液体硅橡胶作为基本材料,具有良好的物理特性及生物相容性。在折叠植入眼内后,可在球囊内注入硅油、生理盐水或水凝胶等介质对视网膜起到360度的支撑作用。主要应用于严重视网膜脱离不能使用现有玻璃体替代物的患者或作为药物缓释系统使用。然而,FCVB目前临床应用较少,观察时间较短,仍存在一些有待改进的问题。Foldable capsular vitreous body(FCVB)is an innovative vitreous substitute developed independently by China.It is a global innovative product,which is composed of a computer simulated capsule,a drainage tube and a drainage valve.FCVB′s material was made by modified liquid silicone rubber which has good physical properties and biocompatibility.FCVB could be filled with silicone oil,or balanced salt solution after folding intraocular implantation,providing a 360-degree fulfilled support.It is mainly used in patients with severe retinal detachment who can not be treated with existing vitreous substitutes.Additionally,some studies have confirmed that FCVB also could be used as a drug delivery device to release a variety of drugs,namely a novel combination of vitreous substitute and drug delivery system.FCVB has good application prospects,but there are still some problems,which need to be further studied and improved on such as the number of clinical applications being small,and investigate the effects of long-term application.
