摘　　要：为了提高水果分拣效率、降低分拣工人劳动强度、提升水果包装质量,设计了一款基于PLC的水果食品称重分选机控制系统。通过称重传感器获得水果产品的质量,经过A/D转换模块将模拟量信号传送到PLC模拟量采集模块中,并由PLC程序完成逻辑分析判断,根据处理后的数据做出判断,将不同质量的水果通过分选卸料机构完成卸料,进而完整分选动作。该控制系统由于采用PLC进行控制,使得该系统具有稳定性高、抗干扰能力强、分选设备功能的可扩展能力强等特点。In order to improve the efficiency of fruit sorting, reduce the labor intensity of sorting workers and improve the quality of fruit packaging, a control system of fruit food weighing and sorting machine based on PLC is designed. The quality of fruit products is obtained by the weighing sensor, and the analog signal is transmitted to the PLC analog acquisition module through A/D conversion module. The logic analysis and judgment are completed by the PLC program, and the judgment is made according to the processed data. The fruits with different weights are discharged through the sorting and unloading mechanism, and then the complete sorting action is completed. The control system has the characteristics of high stability, strong anti-interference ability and strong expansibility of sorting equipment function due to the use of PLC for control.
